The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy seat made of hard plastic and a design which feels dated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor choice for those looking for a budget option.

While it's not the most light double stroller, it comes with enough features that are worth a look. Its swiveling wheels make it easy for you to move it around flat surfaces. It can also leap over curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low handle is a drawback but it's at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push it with your legs dangling in the air like that, and it doesn't help that it's not padded.

In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and open. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You have to slide the slider and then press a large white button. It can be quite frustrating especially if you're trying to manage children while doing it.

The Cloud has a small but deep storage basket that will fit a medium diaper bag. The basket is small and you might have to leave something in there to reach the back. The Cloud includes a parent tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. Both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

Kolcraft is a Kolcraft brand has been in existence since 1946 and is a third-generation, family-owned company. They began by making crib pads and diapers and now they produce a variety of baby products, including highchairs as well as infant car seats. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a fairly barebones lightweight double stroller that is great to travel with. It weighs just 18 pounds and is lighter than many single strollers. and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also features independently reclined seats, as well as large SPF50 sunvisors with a peekaboo view. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of different heights. It also has a one-step linked parking brake and is Disney-sized approved.

It also is easily able to fit in overhead compartments and the trunks of airplanes.

The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It is similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has a few key differences. It's also slightly more expensive, but it has more maneuverability and the largest sun canopy. It also comes with a handy carry strap that can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

If you're seeking a stroller which is light in weight but also packed with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just light at just 13 pounds and comes with plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket as well as a parent storage compartment and much more. This stroller can also fit the car seat of your child and features a brake that flips. This stroller is designed to expand with your child. It can be transformed from a baby to an adult stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children six months and over.
