Three Wheeled Buggies

She said "it feels sturdy to push and is very stable when traversing difficult terrain. The tyres, which are inflatable and need to be pumped regularly, have built-in suspension. It was extremely comfortable for my kids.

The shape and size of the seat is a further factor to consider. The seat should be big enough for your child to feel at ease and to lie down. Some three-wheel buggies offer the option of lying flat, which lets your child face you, while others only allow a face-to-parent one.

A great option for those who want to tackle off-road and muddy walks is the Roma Atlas. A three-wheeled buggy is more maneuverable for children. The way they are built means that the front wheels rotate at a whim and are extremely maneuverable, making them ideal for tricky terrain such as parks, cobbles, bumpy pavements and dirt tracks.

MFM reviewer Kath tried a 3-wheeler with her infant and toddler and said: "The Terrain was a delight to maneuver on the ground and the swivel front wheel particularly useful. I was also impressed with how well it dealt with bumps, particularly when using the hand-operated brake. It was very stable for descending or on a rough terrain."

The only downside to this incredible maneuverability is that the larger wheels of a 3 wheel buggy can sometimes make it difficult to fit into tight spaces. This is something you should keep in mind when your home is an urban area. If this is an issue then a 4-wheeler might be a better choice for you.
