In our push and turn test, it did better than the majority of other cheap strollers we test, but it's not the most maneuverable over uneven ground or through narrow doorways. The sunshades on it were among the smallest strollers we test. They only cover the top of the stroller and do not have peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have significantly larger sunshades.

It took us less than 3 minutes to put together the Delta with a manual. All of the components required tools. However, it's missing some essential features that we think you should not compromise on in a double stroller, like a large basket and reclining seats that have adjustable leg rests.

The front wheels can to be locked in a forward position and can also pivot. This is helpful for navigating through rough terrain. On our walk along the stony path we allowed them to swivel and it performed well, though it did appear slightly bumpier than other models on test.
