The TAVO is a good choice for parents who wish to save money. However, it's not the best choice if you require a bassinet or reversible seat. It can only face only one way, and it doesn't have the capacity to allow for a car seat, or other accessories such as the bassinet stand and cup holder, rain cover or a child's snack tray. If you're looking for a little more than the MIXX Next is a better option since it can take all of these items.

We are awestruck by the fact that the Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver making it perfect for parents who love to get out and explore. It comes with a huge storage basket and many attachments that allow parents to carry groceries or light shopping. It is a little bit more expensive than the other two in one prams but it's definitely worth the investment because the quality and performance are top of the line.

This stroller comes with a single-pull safety harness that makes it simple to secure your child in the seat. It also comes with a removable sun canopy with peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It also has a practical tray for parents to keep drinks, snacks, and phone. The telescopic handlebar can be adjusted to suit the height of parents, and the brake is easily accessible which makes it safe for children to operate.

Our mom tester Sophie from London used this stroller with her two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She found it easy to maneuver and very smooth on cobbled streets, even if the ground was slick. Through our testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It is able to navigate through most terrains, but has trouble with grassy areas as well as over gravel. It can also be difficult to steer up and over curbs that are 1 inch in height. We don't recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does offer excellent suspension to reduce bumps for the passengers.

Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container however, it's hard to access without taking off the infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers typically have, but Joovy provides an additional underseat baby carrier to solve this issue.

The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car storage and seat compatibility, but we would prefer a stroller with a bit more versatility. Its seating configuration versatility is a plus, though, as it allows parents to place their children's infant car seats in opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their needs.

5. Delta Children LX Side by Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored well for its weight and fold size. It is the best value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scored well for maneuverability, which is an important feature for parents seeking an umbrella stroller that can fit in tiny spaces. The Delta is a basic model that isn't equipped with the features that other strollers we have tested, such as a large storage basket or a deep recline. It is a great choice for families with a limited budget and for those who need a secondary stroller for occasional use, such as going to the zoo for a day.

The LX Side by Side is a lightweight compact stroller that's easy to turn and push. Its relatively small frame, swivel front wheels and padding for the shoulder pads ensure a smooth ride for your little ones. The multi-position reclining seat and parent cup holders allow for a Comfortable prams ride for passengers.

It also comes with large canopy with a European style that provides shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags as well as a five-point harness to ensure security.

The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble which is the quickest time of our test group. The manual is standard, and it does not require any tools for assembly.
