Roasting

As a light roast, Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew while Africa offers citrus hints to balance. The result is a coffee that is a great drink on its own, with cake or milk chocolate. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.

When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boil water to ensure it is warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let it sit for 4 minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or agitate your coffee as it can result in unpleasant odors appearing in the cup.
