Easy to store

The Joie Pact Pro makes the perfect travel buggy. It folds down so compactly that it can fit into an overhead compartment and weighs so light that you'll barely be able to tell it's there in your trunk. It is also a good stroller for daily use. Our test-driver Hollie found it easy to steer, even when juggling a one-year-old. She appreciated the adjustable handle and lockable wheels however, she said it's not an extremely comfortable seat. She also likes that you can add additional features such as a reversible and washable seat cover, rain cover and a foot muff.

The Babyzen Fold pushchair from YOYO is another stroller that folds down compactly. It isn't as streamlined as the Cybex Libelle, but it's still a very neat pack when folded. It is easy to slot in and out of trunks and boots. It provides more options for babies compared to other travel buggies. You can also add an infant cot or bassinet, as well as a bespoke ride on board for older children and an adapter for tandem seats.

It isn't the most compact buggy for driving on uneven or rough terrain, and its tiny wheels don't perform as well as the other models we have tested. It's still a maneuverable pushchair, and the YOYO does a great job of navigating narrow aisles and muddy paths. It's an excellent option for a holiday or city break.

The Cosatto Bee6 offers a remarkably simplified list of features for its price. It can be folded down to the size of a large backpack and weighs just 6kg, making it an easy to cart on trains and planes. It's also easy to steer, and our MFM tester Matt found it to be an absolute joy to steer even with a toddler who was heavy was aboard. The hood is also a benefit, since it can be lowered to provide shade and protection from sun and rain. It's perfect for napping. The only downside is that it lacks storage under the seat and you'll have to carry or gently drape a bag on the handlebar (against our advice!). Alternatively, you can purchase a separate changing bag holder to make this an ideal holiday buggy.

Easy to Manoeuvre

This makes it an ideal option for frequent travellers particularly those who have to fit a lot into their luggage. It's also extremely adaptable. You can purchase various accessories, such as a newborn bassinet for your baby, a custom riding board, and twin travel bundles to transform it into tandem.
