The purchase of used Kinderkraft HELSI 3-Wheeler Baby Stroller in Gray equipment can be risky, even if it's only been used for a few months. It's because, unlike brand new products, secondhand items don't have to be registered with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. There's no way to know the reason for recalls. Recalls can occur for any number of reasons, including defects in design or failure of a manufacturer to conform to the federal standards. If you purchase a brand new stroller, you'll be able to register it and be notified of any recalls that might occur.

This rule establishes a compulsory standard for strollers and cars as per section 104 of the Danny Keysar Child Product Safety Notification Act as amended by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA). It incorporates in its reference the most recent voluntary standard developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), ASTM F833-13b, and establishes requirements and Customizable Pushchairs test methods to reduce the risk posed by these products. CPSC staff worked closely with ASTM participants in the creation of this rule.
