Cheap Single Pushchairs

If you're on a budget and don't require a stroller that doubles into car seat carriers, the Babyzen Yoyo is a good option. It comes with a simple one-step foot brake that's flip-flop user-friendly.

It's easy to push, and it is solid when walking along woodland paths and kerbs. Additionally, it's easy to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned itself a reputation as the ultimate light-weight buggy for city dwellers and jet-setters alike, due to its super nimble manoeuvrability and foldable design that can be tucked away in the overhead luggage of an aeroplane. The frame on the Xplore is solid and sturdy, although it does not have the same flex as some of the other wagons we tested. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold, and does not lock tightly once folded. It is easy to move, however, and it can fit through narrow doors of 28 inches.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This basic double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent choice for parents looking for an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It was awarded an impressive score in our Strollers and Multiples test for weight and fold size which means it's lightweight, small when collapsed and easy to lift into a car trunk or closet. It also offers an adjustable reclining seat that can be positioned in several positions as well as an adult cup holder. Other key features include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels, as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.

In our test of the push and turn, it did better than most of the other Cheap Single Pushchair strollers we tried, but it's not the easiest to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has were among the smallest strollers we tested. They only cover the top of the stroller and don't have windows that peek out. The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi's newest pushchair and is marketed as a travel system for urban use. It can be used from birth until 3.5-years-old. The seat and carrycot can be easily converted in only a few clicks. It can also be used with Maxi-Cosi capsule car seats, and comes with the light Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-incar base and a reversible carriage.

It's really easy to manoeuvre and the one-hand recline of the seat as well as the massive shopping basket make it easy for parent-tots to get the child in and out of the seat quickly. Although it is narrow, the pushchair handled the bumps of everyday life well and was able to pass through doorways without a hitch.

The front wheels can be locked into an forward position or allow them to swivel which is helpful when traversing rough terrain. We let the front wheels to swivel on our walk along a stony path. It handled the situation well, although it seemed a little bumpier.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is most famous for its 3-wheeled all-terrain, jogging strollers. But they also produce a wide variety of pushchairs that have four wheels. City Tour 2 is their most popular model. It is simple to fold and fits in the car's boot even with a carrycot attached.

It's a little heavier than the other strollers we test, but the wheels are a rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and sturdy. It is easy to maneuver over different terrains and even with two kids, a shopping bag and other items.

The carrycot and the seat both have hoods with pull-down sun canopy extensions that are UV50+. They are sturdy and waterproof, in contrast to other hoods for prams that can be blown back onto toddlers faces.

It's not a lot of storage space, but it comes with an ample basket that is deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or plenty of food. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat for infants who weigh 20 pounds or less (car seat and adapters are available separately). The City Tour 2 is a good choice if you want to use a stroller on the go.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was an infant stroller that captivated the hearts of a large number of parents when it first appeared. It's a stroller made of aluminum which can be used from the infant's first days until. It has many standout features, including the ability of the seat to flip between parent and world facing and a huge UPF50+ canopy with an eye-shade that flips out, as well as an adjustable handlebar.

8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2
