Slot missions are an excellent way to earn gear weapons, equipment and other items. But they're also difficult to complete.

Concealed Weapon Slot

The concealed weapon slot allows the player to bring pistols into a mission. Some players use it to help them reach certain goals, especially those who want to achieve Suit Only. Some players make use of the extra pistol to close gaps. It's important to note that to choose the pistols for this slot you must click on the button for the appropriate category, such as alternate slot 2 machine guns. The presence of Major Expedition and Rainbet Adept Rider in use makes it much simpler. This combo can also trigger a damage tick from concealed Weapon every 10 seconds so long as you have it placed in.

Slot for Smuggled Items

The smuggled item slot an excellent option for allowing players to bring weapons and tools, but it could benefit from a more streamlined affordance. It's currently designed to resemble the shape of a pistol, making it difficult to differentiate the weapon slot smuggled by smugglers from other gear slots.

The smuggle slot can hold many different items, from subtle concussion devices to weapons-grade explosives. These items are hidden in a hidden location on the map and are able to be found at any time. Smuggled items are distinct from Agency Pickups and Hidden Stashes, which conceal only small objects in the scenery, and objects directly.

Mission planning is an option available in episodic missions. It lets players unlock different starting locations, Rainbet smuggled objects and gear slots prior to stepping into the map. As players progress through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these options for planning expand. This lets players prepare the ideal task for each challenge.

Gear Slot

The game's beginning players will notice that their gear slots rapidly get full, resulting in the common "Your Gear Slots are full" message that prevents Max from picking new equipment until old items are cleared or a larger space is obtained. The solution to this issue is the Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials which offer more inventory space in exchange for the completion of challenge missions. Because many of these challenges could be missed and are scattered around the world, it may take some time to obtain the most inventory slots available in the game.

Five Gear Slots can be filled with up to five different types of gear. These must be selected from the Gear Selection menu before a break-in begins. Each gear item (except for the Pistol) will take up one Gear Slot, while a grouping of similar items (such as Grenades in a grouping) only uses one Gear Slot.

As you progress through Mission Mastery levels, you unlock various agency pickups throughout the map. These locations let you store items that do not fit into your concealed weapon or gear slots and retrieve them later.

These pickups are especially useful if you need to go through a frisk later in the mission or if you're carrying a weapon that would otherwise trigger suspicion. You can only hide only one item at a pick-up location.

This DLC adds new contracts for asset protection and security to the agency. Contact the receptionist at the agency and purchase snacks and other items. Then, walk to the mission marker and spot a group when you arrive.
