Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the group to capitalize on its synergies between its brands, and expand its product portfolio and reach to 200 million customers around the world.

To ensure that the company is on the right track for the next phase of growth the company has appointed a new leadership team. Roberto Marques will be the Group Chief Executive Officer and Angela Cretu will lead the company's global business. In addition to overseeing the global management of the Natura brand, she will be in charge of the company's innovation and operations outside of Latin America.

Joao Paulo was employed for over twenty years at Unilever before joining Natura. He held several positions, including Vice-President Supply Chain. His final position was Vice-President of Operations and Logistics in the company.

Angela Cretu

Angela Cretu, an Avon veteran and its top leadership team, will assume the role as the company's chief executive officer. Cretu has more than 20 years of experience managing a top beauty brand and is well-positioned to manage the company's global operations.

Acosta is among the most senior executive leaders at Avon. He joined the company in 2011 as Senior Vice President and President Latin America and was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. This role will be directly supervised by Charles Herington, the Company's Executive Chairman.

Before joining Avon before joining Avon, he spent a few years at Unilever. He has extensive experience in building consumer-focused businesses in emerging markets. In addition to his position at Avon, he is an shareholder and board member of RoC Skincare in New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In addition, he is responsible for Structure the development of a brand new method of social selling using technology.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as an apprentice in management. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. In the past, he held high-ranking posts in Unilever's Latin American operations.

He was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever from 1999 to 2004. His duties included overseeing some of the most popular brands of the company such as Dove. He also was involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty which introduced innovative products like Pro Age.

After his time as a senior vice-president for Unilever's Middle Americas business, he took on a more international position. From 2006 until 2008, he was the Brand Structure President of Dove Global at Unilever. He was located in New York during this period.

He was previously a Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibilities included driving sales leader avon and establishing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also supported the development of innovative product lines like Pro Age.
